the Society for Women's Health Research seeks to improve the health of women
through research. The Society advocates for greater research funding both
for what are often known as "women's diseases," such as breast cancer, osteoporosis,
and reproductive cancers, and for diseases traditionally associated with
men, such as heart disease and lung cancer. Dr. Donnica Moore is a member
of their Board of Directors. |

This bimonthly magazine

physicians and medical students and other women in medically related careers.
Dr. Donnica Moore is a member of their Medical Advisory Board. She also
was featured on the cover of the September 2000 issue in an article entitled
