Monday March 30, 2009 to discuss common teen and “tween” parenting challenges. Based on questions submitted by audience members, Dr. Donnica will discuss the common topics tweens, teens & their parents battle over: over-texting; violent video games; wardrobe challenges; when kids can be left home alone; inappropriate use of email; use of social networking sites; talking about sex and birth control; and teen alcohol use. “While these topics may sound scary to parents whose kids aren’t engaging in these behaviors, being forewarned is being forearmed!
