Women Talk About Hormone Therapy Delivery Options
Hormone therapy for menopause has captured the health headlines for the past
two years. Reports from various studies have left millions of women with questions
about how to relieve their menopausal symptoms safely and effectively. To address
this issue, the National Women's Health Resource Center (NWHRC) is running an
online survey to gauge women's perceptions and preferences for various hormone
therapy delivery options. To participate in the survey, called "Managing
Menopause: Hormone Therapy and Other Options," click

free copies of their newly-released issue of the National Women's Health
Report, either by mail or by download upon completion.
This survey was motivated by questions about what
courses of action women are taking regarding hormone therapy to relieve their
menopause symptoms. In addition, the NWHRC wants to clarify women's opinions
on currently available delivery options for hormone therapy treatment. The
survey is available today through June 30, 2004.
The National Women's Health Resource Center (NWHRC)
is the nation's leading independent, nonprofit organization specifically dedicated
to educating women of all ages about health and wellness issues. Development
of the online survey was made possible with financial support from Solvay Pharmaceuticals,
Inc.
