Counting The Days Of Pregnancy
Q: Is the 40 weeks of pregnancy measured from date of conception, or
date of last period?
Dr. Donnica: It's from the first day of your last menstrual
period, BUT the proper way to state a "due date" is 40 weeks from
the first day of your last menstrual period, PLUS OR MINUS TWO WEEKS.
