How Do You Know If You Have A Breast Mass That Needs Further Examination?

Take Dr. Donnica's Decisionnaire ™ to see if you have a lump that your doctor should evaluate- sooner rather than later. Check off all that apply and take this list with you to consult your physician.

___   Your lump is new or larger than a lump previously in that site.
___   The lump is not mobile.
___   The edges of the lump are irregular.
___   The lump feels flat.
___   The "lump" really feels like several small points, smaller than BB gun pellets.
___   The lump feels very hard.
___   Your nipple becomes inverted and you can't get it back out easily or fully.
___   You notice a new dimpling of the skin on your breast(s).
___   You have a new nipple discharge of any type (and you are not pregnant or nursing).
